• Ticket to Welcome Cocktail & Dinner, Wednesday, 6^th November 2024
• Ticket to Gala Dinner on Friday, 8th November, 2024
• Checkout on Sunday, 10th November 2024

Cost: KSh. 121,700= per person in a Standard Single Room

NB:    No transfers are included under this package

Costs are exclusive of the Excursion Charges (options are available at www.aibk.co.ke while registering) 

3)           Day Participant Package

• Morning and afternoon Coffee/Tea, Snacks and Lunch
• Outdoor and indoor recreation facilities
• Ticket to Gala Dinner on Friday, 9^th November, 2024

• All conference materials, give-aways, etc Cost: 48,000= per person

NB:    No transfers are included under this package

Special Note: 

1. For delegates not taking up the excursion, you will be free to leave at your leisure on Saturday, 9^th November, 2024 while those taking up the excursion leave on Sunday, 10^th November, 2024. 

2. For those taking up excursion, ensure you select the preferred excursion option on the conference 

2. Those delegates who wish to extend their visit are free to do Details of the cost of extra nights are as follows:

KSh. 21,000= Extra Night for single occupancy HALF BOARD

Joiner Rate KSh. 6,000= per night HALF BOARD KSh. 10,000= per night FULL BOARD

Child sharing with parents: 50% of the adult rate (Age 6 -13 Yrs) Child in their own room: 80% of the adult rate (Age 6 -13 Yrs)
